Job Description
- You will be working as a Recruitment Trainee at Recruitfy - One Stop Talent Shop in Dhanbad. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making 50-70 cold calls per day to potential candidates
- Sharing job opportunities and screening interested candidates
- Supporting senior recruiters in scheduling interviews
- Learning recruitment step by step with full training provided
- A fresher with up to 1 year of experience
- Having strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident and willing to spend the majority of your time on calling
- Having a growth mindset and ready to learn recruitment
