Youll Be Doing
- Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews & feedback
- Learning recruitment tools & hacks (well teach you!)
- Keeping hiring processes smooth and on track
You Should Have
- Excellent communication (spoken & written)
- Basic HR knowledge via internship, course, or certification (nice to have)
- A fast-learning, go-getter attitude
- Willingness to commit time and energy to learn the craft
