Job Description
- Reporting to the COO, you’ll be responsible for implementing the company’s vision across the Catering & Hospitality Department through innovation, strategic leadership, & effective business management. This Catering General Manager position oversees all aspects of catering operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services & experiences
- Overall financial management of catering operations including the preparation of budgets, key performance indicators, financial reporting & stewardship, ensuring an effective control environment & maximum level of financial return
- Develop strategic plans in line with the overall company mission, vision & business strategy
- Develop new & existing accounts growing target segments to meet/exceed revenue goals
- Develop strong effective relationships & partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Arabic speaker desired
- Ideal start date: November - December ‘25
- Strong UAE experience managing large-scale catering & hospitality services
- Graduate degree in Hospitality, Food science & technology, Catering & Business Administration or a relevant field
- Market related all-inclusive package + family insurance + family visa
