Who Are We Looking For

An energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, drive sales, and expand our customer base in the PPE and industrial safety sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Market Expansion & Lead Generation
• Identify & approach new clients to expand our market reach.
• Develop strategies to penetrate industrial safety and healthcare sectors.
• Generate B2B leads through networking, industry events & online platforms.
• ? Sales & Business Growth
• Travel for business meetings across India to meet clients, understand their PPE needs & offer solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations & technical presentations.
• ? Brand Representation & Industry Engagement
• Represent Red Fort Workwear at industrial expos, trade fairs & networking events.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products & pricing.
• ? Customer Relationship Management
• Provide after-sales support & maintain long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.

What We Expect:

• ? Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• ? B2B marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• ? Willingness to travel for business meetings across India
