Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product ownership, including discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap creation, and execution for Redcliffe Labs digital and service offerings. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing teams to define product features, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-impact releases. Day-to-day activities include analyzing user behavior and feedback, conducting market and competitive research, developing product specifications and user stories, and tracking performance against defined KPIs. The Product Manager will work to improve user experience across channels, drive adoption of preventive health products, and ensure that solutions align with business goals and customer needs. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous iteration based on data and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Product management skills including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and performance measurement using metrics and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, operations, and marketing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare, diagnostics, digital health products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfort with agile or iterative product development methodologies and tools.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver measurable impact.
