Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage client onboarding and provide guidance throughout the engagement process.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
• Prepare reports on client feedback, account status, and relationship metrics.
• Resolve client issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to improve the overall client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
