HR Recruiter (Inhouse Hiring)- Gurgaon

Job Title: HR Recruiter In-house Hiring
Employment Type: Third Party Payroll (UpGrad)
Work Location: Gurgaon Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Sector 20
Working Days:
• Monday to Friday – Work from Office
• All Saturdays – Work from Home
Salary: Up to 29,000 (In-hand)

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end in-house recruitment for UpGrad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle internal hiring for various roles across departments, mainly sales and bulk hiring positions.
  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and coordination.
  
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, social media, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular updates to the HR team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales hiring / bulk hiring (mandatory).
  
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with job portals and social hiring.
• Preferably male candidates with good communication and coordination skills.
