Job Description
Position – Analyst (L2 Support)
Experience – 10+ Years
Location – Bangalore
- Experience in data center infrastructure management, including large-scale, distributed infrastructure
- Collaborates effectively across organizational boundaries and has a customer-first mindset
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with programming (SQL, Python), Linux commands, shell scripting
- Ability to think strategically about resource allocation and make difficult decisions about trade-offs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analyzing and troubleshooting ML algorithms
