Job Description
- As a Full Stack Developer Tech Lead at a leading IT company based in Jodhpur, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive web applications. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Your primary focus will be on developing, mentoring, and reviewing NodeJS and React JS code, ensuring quality through code reviews, and optimizing applications for maximum scalability while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for application code optimization.
- Design and develop responsive web applications
- Develop, mentor, and review NodeJS & React JS code
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality
- Optimize applications for maximum scalability
- Identify opportunities for application code optimization
- 2+ years of Tech Lead experience
- 5+ years of development experience
- Excellent working knowledge of React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery. Experience in React Native is a plus
- Knowledge of multiple back-end frameworks (e.g. Spring, SpringBoot) and REST services and API design
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Code Versioning with Git, Agile software development techniques and supporting tools like JIRA
- Work with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers
- Experience working in a Linux environment and open-source libraries
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Good communication skills
