Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Claims Specialist will evaluate, investigate, and process insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing policy details, assessing covered risks, coordinating with relevant parties, and maintaining detailed claims documentation. The role also involves communicating effectively with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations.
