Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager, based in Surat. The Cluster Manager will oversee and manage the operations and performance of multiple virtual offices within the cluster, ensuring they meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing sales teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, generating reports, and executing strategic business plans.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams to achieve targets.
• Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, business planning, and market analysis to drive revenue and business growth.
• Proficient in customer relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Well-versed in operational management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales management is advantageous.
