Position description: BM / CM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary owner of the “Sales Target” for the motor vertical at the branch level Recruitment of teams below him/her for the vertical .
- Build relationship with channel partners and deepmine/ring fence existing relationships . Responsible for acquisition of new relationships/dealerships.
- Tie-ups with various territorial auto dealerships, sub dealers, brokers etc.Responsible for achievement of the renewal targets assigned to him.Monitor Channel business figures daily.
- Channel Relationship Management – Branding of channels with marketing collaterals.Training CS trainings – company/products/system/processes Channel employees on our products and processes.
- Productivity tracking of his direct reportees.Running activities and events at the point of sale.Contribute to channel profitability by sourcing the right mix of business.
- Set standards and maintain “Business Quality”.
- Always be abreast of competition-Competition Mapping.Adherence to internal processes and external regulations – Strict Adherence to business hygiene and compliance
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: GRADUATE/PG
- Field specialization: GRADUATE/PG
Required work experience
- Industry: GI or Surveyor experience
- Years of experience: 4-12 Years
Salary Range : 700000-2000000
