Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for digital and print media
• Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, social media creatives, and brand assets
• Create layouts for print materials using InDesign ensuring accuracy and print readiness
• Design illustrations, logos, and vector-based artwork using Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop to maintain brand consistency and visual quality
• Work closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Key Requirements & Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign, Figma, HTML
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design
• Experience in both digital and print design
• Ability to visualize concepts and convert them into compelling creatives
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs quickly
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and file formats
