Role & Responsibilities :-
- OEM Signature- North & East deal evaluation & approvals (No of Dealers to Handle-631) (Portfolio Premium-282 Crores)
- Referring requirements to Motor analytics team for OEMs with marketplace models.
- Addon attachment improvement
- Strategy to build business from inactive dealers / increase penetration from existing dealers
- Monitor the OEM performance - both on top line and bottom line
- Focus on Synergy products available for OEM's
- Tracking competition strategy on various business lines and Improving our deals and plans basis the same.
- Training to team and channels
