Mis Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data and reporting for our Travel Insurance product. The role involves handling policy data, claims analytics, customer insights, and operational metrics to support decision-making and improve product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on policy sourcing and booking, renewals, claims, and customer service metrics.

• Maintain and update databases related to travel insurance policies, claims, and customer interactions.
• Understands the flow of data in the system and a fair understanding of the systems in depth.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, Strategy, IT, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure operational efficiency for the travel sales team by assisting in mapping and other daily operational issues.
• Support audits and ensures & monitor Payouts for the agents go out on time, checks and confirms the amounts to the respective team before pay-out is given.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the travel insurance portfolio.
• Ensure data privacy and security standards are upheld.

Required Skills : 2+ years of experience in MIS or data analytics, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools. Familiarity with data platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
