Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets, managing a team of sales personnel, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, providing support throughout the sales process, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to grow market presence and meet customer needs.
Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and team leadership to foster collaborative work environments.
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.

  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity.
  • Experience in creating Sales Reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and local market dynamics will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
