We are looking for an Assistant Sales Executive for our FMCG Export Trading business. The candidate will work under the Sales Department and directly support Sales Manager. The role will focus on handling sales leads provided by management, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth conversion of leads into confirmed orders.Key Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of the Sales Manager / Reporting Head.
• Handle and follow up on sales leads provided by Sales Department.
• Contact customers and respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and basic sales documentation.
• Follow up with clients until order confirmation and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, warehouse) for order execution and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and strong customer relationship management.
• Assist in day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG industry especially trading (mandatory) and not distribution.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of sales coordination and order processing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ZOHO books.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment.
