Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative at our company located in Katwa, your primary role will involve migrating free trial customers to paid customers through outbound calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Handling inbound customer queries, explaining product details, and providing information will also be part of your key responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, enter new customer information into the system, update existing customer details, and identify and escalate priority issues when necessary. It is crucial to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Education: 10+2/Non-technical Graduate
- Experience: 6 - 12 Months
