Job Description
- As an HR professional at this company, your role will involve ensuring basic HR hygiene and supporting the IR team in compliance issues. You will be responsible for driving HR operations to provide a seamless employee experience and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring HR KPIs, driving performance management, and executing employee retention plans. You will also be involved in identifying high-performing employees, building talent pools, and handling recruitment processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues
- Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Manage and monitor end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives
- Drive performance management and rewards
- Implement employee retention plans
- Identify high-performing employees for career progression
- Build talent pool for critical roles
- Visit Jio centers and Jio points to understand operation challenges and provide solutions
- Handle recruitment in the area with defined TAT and quality parameters
Qualification Required:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources
