Job Description
- The job involves tasks related to the installation and commissioning of products following scheduled appointments and guidelines. You will be responsible for demonstrating and clearly explaining the advantages of HSI PPP to customers. Additionally, you will provide support to customers for any upgrade solutions needed in Home and Security, as well as troubleshoot any issues faced by customers at their premises.
The ideal candidate should have an ITI qualification or be pursuing ITI, with 0 to 2 years of experience. Key skills and competencies required for this role include the ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions, good communication skills, the ability to manage relationships and work effectively in teams, and a strong focus on customer centricity.
