Job Description
- As a Freelancer based in Hindaun, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Jio
- Call Jio Customers to explain about Jio's Recharges
- Assist customers in completing Jio Recharge transactions
- Sell new Jio connections to potential customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language
- Capture customer details and relevant data during calls or service
- Learn about Jio's plans, products, and services to enhance the value offering
Qualification Required:
- Education: 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
