• Assist customers in completing Jio Recharge transactions
• Sell new Jio connections to potential customers
• Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
• Ensure a delightful customer experience throughout interactions
• Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language
• Capture customer details and relevant data during calls or service
• Learn about Jio's plans, products, and services to enhance the value offering

• Qualification Required:
• - Education: 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
