Mobility Sales Lead B

As a Sales and Distribution professional at our company located in Agra 2 - Yamuna Kinara Road, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in both urban and rural areas. Your role will involve managing various distribution channels including direct, indirect, and alternate channels. Additionally, you will be required to plan and achieve growth on a productwise and townwise basis. Developing channels in new markets and driving device, activation, and recharge business through distributors will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in managing key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets, while ensuring the implementation and compliance of policies and processes. Monitoring and training your team and channel partners will also be a part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target for the assigned territory (Urban & Rural)
• Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect, and Alternate)
• Plan and achieve productwise and townwise growth
• Develop channels in new markets
• Drive device, activation, and recharge business through distributors
• Manage key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets
• Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes

• Qualification Required:
• - Graduation degree in any discipline; Post graduation, MBA preferred
