Team Lead Tech Operations

You will be responsible for leading a team of IT operations engineers, ensuring best practices and support. Your role will involve managing and mentoring technical operations engineers, developing strategies and policies for reliable and high-performance systems, overseeing monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure, collaborating with teams for seamless system deployment and integration, handling incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, driving automation and improvements to boost operational efficiency, and preparing and presenting operational reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
