The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance advisors, generating life insurance business through the advisor network, and selling different types of insurance products.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
• Build and maintain a strong and productive advisor network.
• Train and guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and business generation.
• Motivate advisors to achieve their individual sales and business targets.
• Generate and source new life insurance business through advisors and direct business development activities.
• Sell and promote different types of insurance products, including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and other available insurance solutions.
• Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into policyholders.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and advisors.
• Achieve monthly recruitment, sales, and business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and help improve their productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment, leads, sales, policies, and business activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during policy sourcing and sales.
