Qualifications And Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Retail Operations Management
• Proven track record in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• 
  Strong skills in sales forecasting, team leadership, and budget management
• Experience in vendor management and implementing loss prevention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelors degree in Retail Management or related field (preferred)
