Senior Product Manager, JioMart

What role you will play in team: You will be a key leader in shaping the future of JioMart's product strategy and execution. You will be responsible for a significant portion of the product roadmap and will mentor junior product managers.

What you will do: Define and execute product strategies to drive growth and user engagement for JioMart's e-commerce platform.

Key responsibility:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor junior product managers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
