Job Description
- The SAP Service Management role is a critical position within our organization that is responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP software and systems. You will oversee all aspects of our SAP services, including planning, implementation, and maintenance, working closely with various departments to ensure that our SAP systems meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Your responsibilities will include implementing and supporting the SAP Service Management module, collaborating with team members to integrate it with other SAP modules, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support to end-users. You should have proficiency in SAP Service Management module, a strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees or SAP certifications preferred.
Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of SAP CRM Service Management, experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to Service Management, understanding of SAP HANA database, familiarity with ABAP programming, experience with SAP Solution Manager, knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Service Management, understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, familiarity with SAP Business Workflow, experience with SAP NetWeaver, and knowledge of SAP Business Objects.,
