Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional with 6 to 8 years of experience. You
• will oversee Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and core general
• accounting functions. This role bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting and strategic financial
• planning to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations in single or multiple team(s).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain financial procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals and objectives.
• Drive processes improvement projects.
• Ad-hoc assigned by line manager or upper management.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational drivers and financial impacts.
• Perform profitability, cost, pricing, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance & accounting, or related field; CMA, ACCA, CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience in the retail industry (Especially experience relating to retail stores, wholesales
• and e-commerce)
• Experience in BPO/SSC industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Familiar with US GAP
• and IFRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, experience on coding is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software, such as D365, SAP, etc.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open to work at Night Shift.
