About the Role

Republic Media Network is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our Digital Ad Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in digital media sales by working with leading brands, advertising agencies, and marketing professionals. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and driving digital advertising revenue across Republics digital platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
• ● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and
• market research.
• ● Reach out to brands, advertisers, and media agencies to pitch Republics digital advertising
• solutions.
• ● Assist in selling digital advertising inventory, including Display, Video, Native, Branded
• Content, and Integrated Digital Campaigns.
• ● Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• ● Prepare client presentations, proposals, and commercial documents.
• ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• ● Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and prepare periodic sales reports.
• ● Stay updated with digital advertising trends, media industry developments, and competitor
• activities.
• ● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Eligibility
• 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism,
• Commerce, or a related field.
• 2. MBA (Marketing) candidates are welcome to apply.
• 3. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Digital
• Marketing, or Media Sales.
• Required Skills
• 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• 3. Passion for sales and business development.
• 4. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.
• 5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
