Job Title: Senior Executive – Ad Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive advertising sales across assigned categories and regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch relevant advertising solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closures.
• Coordinate with the revenue strategy, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.
• Track performance of campaigns and share timely reports with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Experience & Skills:

5–6 years of experience in Ad Sales with strong exposure to Corporate + Retail clients.

Mandatory: Background in TV Ad Sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.
• Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualification:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.
