Site Head - OSD Plant
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 18+ Years
Industry: Pharmaceutical
The Site Head will serve as the primary leader for our manufacturing facility in Indore, taking full accountability for the plant's P&L, operational throughput, and safety standards. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, bridging the gap between strategic corporate objectives and shop-floor execution. By working closely with cross-functional department heads, supply chain partners, and senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that optimize resource utilization, enhance product quality, and ensure the facility remains a benchmark for manufacturing excellence in the region.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing.
- Proven experience in Site/Plant leadership and overall plant operations.
- Must have handled USFDA and EU-GMP audits/inspections.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, compliance and operational excellence.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including Production, QA, QC, Engineering, EHS and Warehouse.
