Experienced UI Developer (React, Tailwind, Rust/Tauri)

You will build the screens retailers use every day — POS, back office and store tools — as web apps and as lightweight desktop apps with Tauri. We care about speed, accessibility and clean design.ResponsibilitiesBuild responsive, accessible interfaces with React, TypeScript/JavaScript and Tailwind CSSDevelop cross-platform desktop applications with Tauri, writing Rust commands for native featuresCreate reusable component libraries and work closely with designersIntegrate with REST APIs and manage state, offline behaviour and performanceReview code and guide junior UI developersRequirements4+ years of front-end development with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong Tailwind CSS and responsive design skillsWorking experience with Rust and Tauri (or similar desktop frameworks such as Electron)Understanding of accessibility, testing (Jest, Playwright) and build tooling (Vite)A portfolio or code samples we can review
