Job Description
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present clear insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including goal setting, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess Performance Testing skills, including A/B testing and experimentation, to validate hypotheses and refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and tracking implementations (UTM, pixels) is preferred.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, audience segmentation, and funnel strategy for D2C and multi-sector brands is beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously,
