Senior Manual QA Engineer -Remote (India)

About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality through manual testing processes, reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to deliver a flawless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
- Execute test cases manually and document results
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality at all stages
- Suggest and contribute to process improvements in QA workflows
- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Mantis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think from the end-users perspective
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
