Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - Global Investment Firm

What You'll Work On:

• Rotations across fund accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations (6-9 months each)
• Reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting
• Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
• Partnering with global teams on financial analysis and reporting
• Working on ad-hoc projects, transitions, and business-critical initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 8-12 years of experience in audit, accounting, or investment management finance
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial operations
• Knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
