Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural and structural design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate project requirements into feasible design solutions.
• Prepare AutoCAD or Revit models, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Provide input for material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
• Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications.
• Visit project sites periodically to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture & Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Interior Designing.
• Diploma in Architecture.

Technical Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
