The Deputy Manager – HR will lead the Plant HR function at Varun Beverages Ltd. driving manpower planning, employee engagement, talent development, and welfare initiatives while ensuring strict compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Reporting to the HR Head and Plant Manager, the role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to sustain a safe, productive, and zero‑accident work environment.
