Roles & Responsibilities :

The BD Solution Manager orchestrates a customized solution incl. various product and service instances and applies them in a real-life context at the customer, thus providing the best possible customer experience and fast value delivery. This covers Solution Lifecycle Management incl. roadmap, professional consulting services around our product and service portfolio and delivering sustainable end to end solution based on the needs of the customers.

• Overall Tasks:
• . Manages customer requirements (if necessary, with the respective Product Owner), including gathering input for IT products or services development.
• . Drives the business value of the solution during the whole life cycle in alignment with the customer strategy.
• . Proactively consults the GE (operating unit) optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization.
• . Defines solution roadmap and covers the planning process in close alignment with all contributing solution squads and integrated products and services.
• . Ensures that all stakeholders, especially but not limited to product owner, in and outside the squad are aligned where required.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:1.Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent, Masters in Business Administration

Experience :

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Service or Consulting Industry, including P&L and people management.

Experience in software development, implementation and lifecycle management.

Mandatory/requires Skills : Hands-on experience in technologies like, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, .Net Framework, LCNC, Microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Good working knowledge of DevOps, CICD, SAFe, etc

Preferred Skills :

Good Leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills

7. Experience working in agile environments, supporting squads to deliver solutions at speed and within budget
