Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to business objectives.
- Utilize expertise in PowerBI and SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources.
- Perform data transformations, aggregations, and calculations to generate actionable insights.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on PowerBI and SQL.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful reports.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, proactively enhancing skills in Power BI and SQL to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize database and query performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Implement robust data cleaning and transformation processes to enhance data quality and usability for reporting and analysis.
