Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Ranchi. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote ROOTBASEs Smart-Class and Edutech solutions. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, monitoring online engagement, and supporting online marketing initiatives. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, assisting with web analytics reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging. The intern will contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and learner engagement across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of educational technology or interest in the Edutech sector is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic analytics dashboards, content creation tools) is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
