Role Description The Senior Sales and Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and strategic business partnerships for Royal Origins portfolio of spirits. The role involves developing and executing sales and business development plans, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key accounts and channel partners across target regions. The manager will oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and process improvement to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. Day-to-day activities include engaging with distributors and trade partners, leading negotiations, coordinating promotional and trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, finance, production, and compliance to align commercial strategies with brand, operational, and regulatory priorities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations and Customer Service skills, with experience managing channels, accounts, and trade partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to develop forecasts, market insights, and strategic growth plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to lead negotiations, present business cases, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in senior sales or business development roles within FMCG, beverages, or spirits industries is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, build long-term partnerships, and manage multi-region markets is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams.
• Relevant bachelors or masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Noida and willingness to travel as required for business development and partner engagement.
