Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Regional Business Head. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the role involves taking ownership of business goals, driving execution and delivery targets, and overseeing operational excellence across the region. The successful candidate will lead large teams, mentor city leadership, and implement strategic initiatives for business growth. Key qualifications include 7-12 years of experience in operations/sales roles, a strong track record of team leadership, and proficiency in problem-solving approaches. Education: Graduate/Equivalent. MBA would be preferred.
Experience: 12-15 Years of relevant experience in secured unsecured lending
Location: Hyderabad/ Delhi
Must Have:
-At least 7 Plus years of experience in secured/unsecured lending
-Atleast 5+ years of People Management experience

Execution & Delivery:
- Take complete ownership and lead all business initiatives within the region, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Drive targets for new customer acquisition, repeat business, revenue, retention, fulfillment efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end execution, expanding customer acquisition channels, and exploring new avenues.
- Extract insights from the field, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Identify and report operational risks, working closely with relevant functions to develop mitigation measures.
- Develop cost-effective fulfillment models and instill a culture of frugality within teams.
- Prioritize quality, ensuring brand protection through outstanding operational experiences.

- Recruit and mentor city leadership across various locations to enhance operational excellence.
- Coach, inspire, and lead the team toward success through regular feedback and training.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting high levels of reliability and customer experience.

Strategy:

Person Specification:
- 7-12 years of experience in operations/sales roles within banks, NBFCs, telecom, or other consumer-facing industries.
- Preferably holds an MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of building and leading large teams (200+) across different geographies, showcasing exceptional execution capabilities.
- Strong sense of ownership, execution rigor, and design thinking.
- Ability to engage and influence individuals within the operations team and cross-functionally.
- Excellent people management skills for overseeing large teams.
- Proficient in tactical and structural problem-solving approaches.
