WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enterprising individual who has a detailed knowledge of garment production and can supervise the end-to-end production process according to demand and quality standards at सादा / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

End-to-end Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans from the greige stage to the finished garment. Ensure seamless coordination between all stages of production.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and optimize stock levels.

Quality Control: Establish and maintain high-quality standards at every production stage.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce lead times.

Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to track production progress and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from planned targets.

WHO YOU ARE?

• Bachelors degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control within the textile manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes from the greige fabric stage to the finished product.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team building, coaching, and development.
