WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL and passion to head the human resources team including upskilling, training and implementation of new policies at सादा / SAADAA.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?
- Leading the organizations HR department including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management etc.
- Bridging any gaps between the management and employee by addressing their demands, grievances or other issues
- Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Incentive Management, Relocation Support etc
- Implementation of pre-employment testing and innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.
- Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counseling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct is maintained and a harmonious working environment is there
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance among employees
- Regularly conduct Hiring amp; Training needs of the company and schedule plans to resolve the same.
- Design amp; issue KRAs, Sign off by the employees, mid-term reviews, coordinate the Annual Appraisal process, Increment Letters.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities/ KPI monitoring
- Create and maintain MIS/Dashboards, review the MIS reports, submission of reports to the respective stakeholders, correct amp; update the database, addition/deletion of records, maintenance of employee personal files, Payroll administration and tax governance, HR Audit
- Responsible for smooth onboarding / Induction of all new joinees
- Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
- Managing employees termination and exit interviews
- Interviews of Internal Job Postings
- Driving and ensuring on time interviews of appraisals
- 5+ year Proven working experience as HR Manager in E - commerce or similar industry
- MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management will be preferred
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Knowledge of data analysis of KPIs and visual reporting of the same( tools like Advanced MS excel, SQL, Microsoft power BI, Python etc will be preferred )
- Excellent People management, organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Past experience in Training amp; employee upskilling initiatives
- Tech friendly amp; any existing knowledge of IT tools like learning management system, payroll and other HRIS will be preferred.
