Delivery Head - Analytics - IT/Analytics

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Head - Analytics to lead end-to-end analytics delivery, solutioning, and execution across strategic client engagements and enterprise programs. The role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical depth, solution architecture, program delivery, and people leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business problems into scalable data and analytics solutions, driving delivery excellence, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and building high-performing analytics teams. This individual will work closely with business leaders, sales teams, technology partners, and clients to shape solutions, establish delivery roadmaps, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, and AI/ML engagements.
• Drive execution across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business expectations.
• Ensure analytics solutions translate into measurable business value, adoption, and client satisfaction.
• Lead solution discovery, problem definition, and requirement decomposition for complex business and analytics challenges.
• Develop end-to-end solution approaches spanning data strategy, data engineering, cloud platforms, BI, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and generative AI, as relevant.
• Drive solution architecture, effort estimation, delivery planning, technology selection, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with sales and presales teams to develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, solution presentations, and delivery estimates.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including business heads, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and analytics leaders.
• Act as an executive escalation point for critical delivery issues and drive timely resolution.
• Translate business priorities into actionable analytics roadmaps and execution plans.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Drive client satisfaction, engagement expansion, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Guide teams on technology and architectural decisions without becoming a bottleneck for day-to-day execution.
• Lead and mentor analytics delivery leaders, solution architects, program managers, and multidisciplinary technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation, with significant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex analytics programs and multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong hands-on experience in solutioning, architecture discussions, estimation, proposal development, and delivery planning.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics and data transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and handling critical escalations.
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data engineering, data warehousing, BI, advanced analytics, and AI/ML.
