Training And Compliance Manager - Automotive

My client is a leading automotive business in the Middle East. They are looking for an outstanding manager to support their sales team throughout the country.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong experience as an Automotive Sales / Product / Brand Training Manager, with responsibility for managing the annual training calendar, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), development/delivery of training programs and measurement of training effectiveness. Automotive experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in dealer standards and compliance, including working with Principal/OEM requirements, monitoring compliance, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

  Get Hired
  Strong Principal/OEM and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to localize Principal training programs and support Sales teams with ongoing product/brand knowledge.
• PDI will be a smaller component of the role; direct PDI management experience is not essential, but candidates should ideally have a basic understanding/exposure to vehicle preparation, logistics, stock movement and the overall PDI process.
