Owner

Role Description The Owner role at Coirei is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Owner will oversee the companys strategic direction, drive innovation initiatives, and ensure alignment with Coireis vision of customer-centric intelligent systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining long-term business and technology roadmaps, making key investment and partnership decisions, and guiding product development priorities across AI and emerging technology domains. The role also involves building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of research-driven implementation, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and collaborators. The Owner is expected to monitor market trends, evaluate new opportunities, and ensure that Coirei consistently delivers solutions that create measurable value and profitability for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology-driven organization, preferably in AI or advanced computing domains.
• Strong background in business strategy, operations management, and long-term organizational planning.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, oversee product development, and translate research into scalable solutions.
• Experience building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on collaborative, customer-centric culture.

  Get Hired
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with enterprise clients and partners.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and familiarity with emerging fields such as Web4, cognitive automation, or quantum-related technologies.
• Capability to analyze market opportunities, manage budgets and financial performance, and make data-informed decisions.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical leadership experience is highly valued.
