Head - Sales & Marketing - Bathware

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing with extensive experience in the Bathware industry to lead and drive our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing growth strategies, expanding market share, and leading high-performance teams in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for sales and marketing functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the Bathware or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Bathware market, product categories, and industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
