Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Head Office in Ahmedabad for an HR Executive / Generalist / Recruiter. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The HR professional will handle employee relations, assist in implementing HR policies, coordinate training and development activities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. Additional responsibilities include attendance and payroll coordination support, HR documentation, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. The role requires close collaboration with management and various departments to support business goals through effective human resources practices.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations such as recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and basic payroll/attendance coordination.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or ERP systems; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial distribution companies.
