Roles & Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing customer service, managing sales operations, and ensuring effective communication within the sales team. The role involves daily interaction with clients, maintaining sales records, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in corporate gifting will be preferable.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience in sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
